Manure Parliament fears that the voters will revolt

Tessa Munt, the Liberal Democrat PPC for Wells - where she will be taking on David Heathcoat-Amory (bill to taxpayer for manure: £388.80) - is happy to live in accommodation converted from surplus government offices. "I have never really understood why the Government doesn't take one of these vast old office blocks and turn it into halls of residence," she said.
